ABOUT CIX

 

  In 1997 CIX gallery opened its doors to become an animated centre of international contemporary art. The commitment of the gallery is to be an unparalleled center for the showcasing and promotion of the art of emerging to well-established local, national and international artists.

  CIX gallery is a place for the fine art researching and experimenting, that functioned as a exhibited venue in which are presented the results from the researching and the beginning process formatted as artistic works or philosophic ideas.

  This CAC facility enables national and international artists, whatever their age, to present publicly their art concept.  The gallery is unique, not only because of its intimate ambience, but also because of realization of noncommercial facility adjusted projects.

  The activities in the gallery would be in the scope of CAC - Skopje work. The exhibitions realized in CIX gallery are selected by jury commission (consisted by an artist, art historian and a member from the International Board of CAC - Skopje) on announcement twice a year, and granted with $600 per project. In the CIX gallery there are 15 exhibitions per year.
