"Love and Interest" is actually a story about the marriage of my grandparents. It deals with the traditions of the Macedonian families during the last centuries and is actually the image I have memorized when I heard the story. In my opinion when we hear the stories we don't remember the exact words, but we create an image that we memorize, and when we tell the story to someone else we use our own words remembering the image.
It consists of two enlarged photographs (A3 format), two metal plates filled with water, and in them two printed images on plastic foil, two metal spoons and a candle with a written text (the story) on it." S.J.
