This work s done in collaboration with my mother, Makdeonka Andonova, also an artist. It is a complex spatial installation which consists of series of photos presenting my mother and me using the products my mother bought through TV shopping channel, like the special medical pillow, ionic toothbrush (birthday present for me), some "useful" kitchen tools etc.; texts – comments on the utility of the products; video infomercials and objects – some of the products in question. It offers a personal, anecdotal view on the new processes of consumerism of our “transitional” society, above all on the “direct marketing”, and it tries to make (not very serious) analysis  of the new consumer psychology, where the act of shopping becomes almost a religious act and the branded products, objects of adoration.
