Waterscapes is an attempt to transcend what has been achieved but cannot be communicated.

The It/Not It situation/. What has always been but will never be. The unlimited with all the limits. The heard that is not. The seen which is not seen. The Impending Silence and Archaeology of Perception. The harmonious meeting of the opposites.

The project aims and subtly unveils the meeting spot of hypnos and meditation.
The author Stevan Saskov would favor Waterscapes to serve as a bridge between the two.

Waterscapes investigates the relation between the artistic expression and the methodical order in computer based video art. This transcendental imagery and the sound follow each other succeeding in the manner where the preceptor feels that this process is intuitive.

The artist entered the field of the programmer, yet by utilizing the software package reminded us through the process of mutation of the visual and sound that deep metamorphosis exist in every single moment where as our sensors may fail to register them.

Digital media has indeed confronted the art with new expressive materials. Video & Sound artists (even in non-interactive arts) can now set attributes in the software packages such as ambiences, range, volume, spatialness, where every pixel and sound have to be generated and manipulated through a set of programming rules, taking additionally into consideration that the perceiver attributes certain qualities to the artistic expressions (sound, video, and computer manipulation).

The question that appears for these artists is whether the entire process can be pre-determined. Finally can in this pre-determination the prerequisited level of cogitation be created and how?
