The activities in the gallery would be in the scope of SCCA - Skopje work. The exhibitions planned by SCCA Skopje will be realized with a small and unified catalogue [prepared by SCCA - Skopje; one printing sheet of paper B2; 250 grams; 1/4 or 2/4 (duotone); text with a translation in English; biographical data; photographing of the art works for catalogue and documentation, honoraria for the writing of the text]. By the end of the year all of the catalogues would be connected into an Annual Catalogue of the Gallery, and will be realized according to the following operations and principles: Grants for Gallery projects. Through system of open competition, SCCA Board would choose 8 projects that would be partially financed, or technical equipment owned by SCCA could be provided for their realization, with printing of a catalogue. Grants for a Gallery Catalogue. Artists can apply for grants, for a unified catalogue for an exhibition in the Gallery, outside of the framework of the category 3 a. If they have interest in having an exhibition in the Gallery, they might apply only for the catalogue (meaning that SCCA will not cover the production expenses of the art work). Requests for gallery space. Artists who already have financial support for catalogue and ready works for an exhibition, and who are interested in the gallery space, can apply for free use of the gallery space. Curated exhibitions. Curators can apply either for the category 3a or 3b. This option is appropriate for stimulating art critics to develop concepts through exhibitions. The idea for this option is a result of the conclusion that there are not many curated/curatorial exhibitions in Macedonia, and the idea is to enable this. In this category a honoraria for the Curator is anticipated. International exhibitions through the SCCA network. The efforts for filling the gap of the lack of knowledge about the artistic events in Eastern and Central Europe, has brought as a result the idea of organizing small projects, in co-operation with other SCCAs from the SCCA network through the Grants programmes. Each SCCA that has interest in presenting its artistic scene can send one or two artists. (These exhibitions are not perceived to be expensive and big as the ones of Soros Contemporary Art Regional Program.). International exhibitions. These exhibitions should be of "Exhibition in a Travelling Bag" or "Nomad Exhibition" type. The suggestion for this comes from the increasing interest of the foreign artists for exhibiting in Macedonia, financed from other sources out of the SCCA - Network. Euro Art Info. The gallery space would host the cycle of informative presentations of international events and exhibitions, from the SCCA - Skopje documentation, to the public. Talks. Cycle of theoretical lectures by art historians and art critics, both domestic and foreign, guests of SCCA. Theme. All symposiums, discussions and roundtables organized by SCCA will be included in the cycle Theme. Night Meetings with Art. This scope of activities mutually encompasses some of the noted activities, but this time organized in the following structure: organizing of meetings of a heterogeneous profile of the audience; interested for the art, in a particular day of the month; lecturers-critics, artists, aestheticians, philosophers (a medium level honoraria would be paid); comprehension of the more distinguished and important artists and projects in the Gallery (a medium level honoraria would be paid); these night meetings are organized in definite terms; first Monday in the month in the Gallery or in blocks in the range of few days. Promotions. The gallery space would be used for all kinds of promotions of cultural products, in the widest area of the understanding of this segment. Starting from promotions of catalogues, publication or projects, to different approaches to presentations of cultural products.
