The transformation of one of the three current programmes of SCCA - Skopje, the Database of Artist, Documentation and Information, in the framework of the new re-structuring of SCCA Skopje does not mean only a re-naming. DInfo functions on the principle of the current processing of the data about artists and institutions in the field of art, but will transform this time into an open approach to the information, intended before all for the interested institutions and subjects from abroad as well as from the country. It is organized in the following subprogrammes:

Artists File Registry. This documentation encompasses the activities regarding the organizing, keeping and presenting of all of the subjects from the artistic activity in Macedonia, regardless of a more narrow artistic qualification. All of the "subjects" who feel artists may apply in it, regardless of their education and meaning in the recent art production.

Comprehensive Documentation. As most important part from the documentation activities of SCCA Skopje up to date, this documentation is organized on the basis of a specifically designed work which comprehends a selective relation to the artists which will be encompassed in it by a selected art historian (by the Board of SCCA - Skopje). The individual documentation comprehends a production of a textual and a photographic part. In the first, the selected art historian encompasses all of the relevant aspects of the artist's work (biography, creation, exhibitions, bibliography, analysis of up to 20 works, photocopies of the most important texts for the artist). The second refers to the producing of a photographic-documentation material for the selected art works in 4 formats: slide 6x6, S slide 4 x 4, negative and a colour photography.

Photo and Video Documentation of exhibitions. In cooperation with the subprogramme Video of CefCa, DInfo produces a selected documentation of the most important exhibitions and projects for the recent artistic production in Macedonia. Simultaneously the slide and video documentation are recorded in it from the international exhibitions and projects which are taking place outside of Macedonia, with an aim of a wider informing of the artistic community in the country (in co-operation with the subprogramme EuroArt Info of the Gallery). All of the materials are available for the interested users in different occasions: presentation of the art scene outside of the country, printing of publications, performing of projects and similar.

Web Site. As one very important aspect of the role of DInfo is the placing of all of these documentation on monthly supplemented web page in the framework of SCCA Skopje web Site. In this way with the producing of the Database for the current events in the field of the Fine Arts from Macedonia, a field is created for the establishing of contacts with other institutions, institutions from abroad not only for SCCA - Skopje, but mostly for the other interested sides. For this goal yellow pages of domestic institutions has been placed. On this page information about open competitions, festivals, exhibitions, advertisements for projects, seminars and symposia are placed.
